Un hombre solo. Una cima lejana. Norte, Sur, Este y Oeste a sus pies. Sol, viento, lluvia, frío y calor límites. La orografía del solar provoca un desarrollo longitudinal partiendo de un único cuerpo compacto donde albergar (como albergue) los espacios necesarios y nunca suficientes allá arriba.
El concepto espacial es el de cajas concatenadas. La línea estructural central divide los ámbitos servidores y servidos, ensartados a lo largo de la espina central de circulación que los une. El doble espacio vacío interior y los patios exteriores son los lugares clave del sugerente recorrido arquitectónico
Esos patios, en proporción 1:2, creados no como núcleo único de recogimiento al que se vuelcan las estancias, sino como dos polos opuestos, introvertido uno y descarnado el otro, provocan, mediante un inusual juego de imágenes cruzadas, el diálogo básico entre espacios interior y exterior.
El conjunto toma forma envolviendo todos estos espacios en un único cuerpo, autónomo y preciso, como una gran nave posada sobre el inhóspito lugar. Mediante el tratamiento del terreno se crea un entorno construido a modo de basamento pétreo que refuerza la dualidad entre Artificio y Naturaleza.

A lost man, on a spread mountaintop. North, south, east, and west are lying to his feet. The sun, the wind, the rain, the cold and the heat. The geographic situation of the site provoked a large development separated through a unit compact corpse in which are the areas protected, what they never can be enough up there.
The spatial concept is about linked boxes. The central structure line divides the zones of use and the zones of being. They all are strung around the central axis that unites them again. The double empty space inside and the patios outside are the main subjects of the suggestive architectural line.
These patios, in proportion 1:2, are not as one core that unites all open spaces created, but like two opposite poles, one withdrawn, and the other, harder. Through an extraordinary game of crossing impressions, they provoke the basic dialogue between the inner and the outer spaces.
The body takes shape through involving all these areas into a unit corpse, autonomic and precise. Like a big UFO over the unfriendly location. Through the treatment of the place, is an artificial environment on the rocky ground created that enforces the dualism of the artificial and the natural.
